I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, the bed and pillows were excellent, and I could even catch glimpses of the sea through the trees. The service was top-notch, with staff who were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The location was just stunning, with beautiful surroundings, lounges, and friendly staff. However, the dining options were a bit repetitive, but the authentic Italian pizza was fantastic.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the outdated rooms that didn't meet the 5-star standard, I found them nice and comfortable, equipped with a great TV. The shower and bath were fantastic, and the rooms were kept clean with ample free drinking water. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, reflecting the high standards of the Hyatt brand. The staff were eager to please, quick to respond, and exceptionally helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location was very convenient, being close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast served till 11 am was a plus, allowing guests to experience the real Bali while still enjoying Western comforts. The dining experience was somewhat disappointing in terms of meeting previous expectations, but overall, the hotel provided a nice range of choices and delicious dishes, although the pricing might not suit all guests. The facilities were generally good, offering a satisfactory stay overall.

I couldn't have asked for a better spot! The hotel is perfectly located in Sanur, near the beach and within walking distance of various restaurants. The rooms were immaculately clean and cozy, with friendly staff always ready to assist. However, dining options, especially for breakfast, could offer more variety. Despite this, the well-kept pool area was a delightful retreat. The value for money is decent, but keep in mind that Wi-Fi comes with an extra cost.
