Hyatt Regency Bali Hotel Sanur , Sanur (Bali)

The hotel has spacious and well-equipped rooms, but the noisy environment at night is a major drawback that would deter me from recommending it. However, the rooms are clean and offer sufficient free drinking water. The service was a bit rushed compared to a previous visit, but still friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, with many nearby restaurants, although maintenance could be improved. The dining experience was amazing with a wide selection, though prices may be high for some items. Overall, the hotel offers a great location but noise issues may affect the stay.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, the bed and pillows were excellent, and I could even catch glimpses of the sea through the trees. The service was top-notch, with staff who were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The location was just stunning, with beautiful surroundings, lounges, and friendly staff. However, the dining options were a bit repetitive, but the authentic Italian pizza was fantastic.

The facilities were generally good, offering a satisfactory stay overall.

The hotel's location is very strategic, right on the beach and in a nice area with amazing views.
